I am experiencing an issue with an AARA Member. What is the process regarding a complaint?
How this works. Please use the form fill below to submit a formal complaint against an AARA member company.
Once submitted, your complaint is provided in writing to the Member. The Member has 30 days to respond or remedy the matter, unless the AARA Board of Directors approves a different timeline. Your complaint is then reviewed at the Board's next regular meeting — or sooner, by a special meeting or Complaint Committee, if the situation warrants urgent attention. The Member will receive full details of your complaint and a chance to respond before any decision is made.
**Please note: acceptable complaints
include, but are not limited to, matters related to workmanship, customer service, and
contract disputes. Unacceptable complaints include, but are not limited to, matters related
solely to pricing or personal hygiene, unless such matters directly relate to health, safety, or professional conduct obligations.
Have your contract, invoices, photos, or correspondence handy — you can reference them below.
Complaints must be about a specific Association Member; general inquiries won't go through this process.
